Carol Charlton, Executive Secretary
Carol Charlton is the Executive Secretary of Cane Ridge High School. She and Dr. Hall have worked together for three years, beginning their tenure at Glencliff High School in 2004.
Before coming to the Metropolitan Public School System, Mrs. Charlton was an employee of AT&T for 14 years and has been with MNPS for 15 years. She began at Wright Middle School where she was the bookkeeper for 12 years. She continued that position at Glencliff High School until July, 2007.
Mrs. Charlton and her husband, Terry, have been blessed with two beautiful daughters, Rachel and Leslie. They have and continue to be very involved in their daughter's lives and activities. Mrs. Charlton enjoys cooking, reading (cookbooks, no doubt), gardening and camping/fishing with her family.
Mrs. Charlton feels very fortunate to be a part of the Cane Ridge family. She is very proud of the opportunity to be a part of the history of this great school and community. Her daily goal is to "treat students as I would want someone to treat my child." She is excited and ready to make Cane Ridge High School "a school for the 21st century."
